Raul Ledezma, a man in a green tweed jacket and blue tie holding a folder in front of a brick wall

Raul Ledezma

Attorney

Raul represents contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and owners in payment, lien and contract disputes. He came to the law from the trades, and he talks to clients the way a good foreman does: what’s done, what’s next, and what it will cost.

Before law school, Raul spent several years on framing and concrete crews around the Las Vegas valley. He still reads a schedule of values or a change order the way a builder does, which is why clients can send him paperwork as it is, coffee stains and all.

He practices alone, so each file is his. Some clients call from a truck at six in the morning, and the office keeps hours to match.

The office

How a one-lawyer office runs

  • One lawyer, start to finish

You deal with Raul from the first text to the last filing, not a rotating cast.

  • Dates before anything else

Each file starts with a calendar of what has run, what’s running and what’s next.

  • Fees in writing

Every plan states what it costs and what it doesn’t include before work begins.
